Cyberawarehub provides three types of offerings: live IT security courses, digital literacy informational products, and related merchandise. Each category has specific policies regarding refunds and transfers as described below.

2.1 Services (Live Courses)

Our live courses are conducted in real time with limited seats to ensure quality interaction. Refunds for live courses can be requested up to 72 hours before the course start date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. If you wish to reschedule your attendance to another course, please contact us using the form at contact form at least 5 business days before the original course date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur administrative fees.

No refunds or rescheduling requests will be accepted after these deadlines due to the nature of the service and preparation involved.

2.2 Informational Products

Digital literacy informational products are downloadable materials or access to online resources. These products are provided immediately upon purchase. Due to their digital nature, refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2.3 Merchandise

For physical products purchased through the Cyberawarehub shop, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 calendar days of receipt. To qualify, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
